Assistant Pastor Position

Join our Growing Church as a Part-Time Assistant Pastor

Our growing church family is seeking an individual to join our team as a part-time Assistant Pastor. You’ll work alongside our pastor, playing a vital role in supporting daily operations, leading outreach efforts, and supporting the spiritual growth of our youth.

• We envision this position transitioning to full-time as the church expands.

Applicant Requirements:

• A clear testimony of salvation.
• You possess the qualities outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:7-9, exemplifying strong character and leadership potential.
• You’ve received training from a training institution we recognize.
• You agree with our church’s Constitution and Statement of Faith.

What you’ll do:

• Cooperate with the pastor in managing daily ministry tasks.
• Empower and support existing volunteers.
• Spearhead outreach initiatives
• Nurture our youth ministry, building meaningful connections and fostering spiritual growth.

We are willing to consider a man with ministry experience, a recent graduate, or a college student who would serve in more of an internship capacity.

We will work with the successful applicant to help you find a job in the community and schedule responsibilities at the church with outside employment.
